Pie View DataPlayers are perfect for reporting dashboards...they provide compact,  high-level summaries with selectable breakdowns, and the granular detail for any given subset of the data (with images and links) is only a click away.

Inventory catalogue- furniture wholesaling/retailing

A single DataPlayer can provide familiar pie-wedge breakdowns of all the categories and numeric values (by range). The example below opens showing the distribution by number of Inventory Items. Click on the Show inventory split by drop-down and select various other columns, such as Style, Price (by currency) or dimensions (Height, Width, Depth) to see different breakdowns. You can start or stop the pie rotation by ticking or unticking the Rotate option below right. Use the Filter Bar sliders to set price limits, maximum and minimum dimensions- then click on the relevant pie wedge to see the candidates.

Review the candidate items in the Details window by clicking Next > or < Previous. Close the details window by clicking X. Click Reset to return all filters and display the universe of items. Each of these items could have displayed links to its own page, with multiple high-resolution photo sldieshows, more details on the item, etc.
