Graph View DataPlayers Select and drill-down from plotted data

Graph View DataPlayers allow users to grasp relationships between two columns in your data, then make selections and drill-down to details based on plotted visualisations.

Relative Value Analysis/Portfolio Valuation- watchlisted Eurobonds

This DataPlayer contains 20 columns of data on 2,066 Eurobonds watchlisted by one of the major ratings agencies. Two of the columns, FTIDC Mid and ISMA Mid are end-of-day prices from different sources. This DataPlayer opens with a plot of the two different pricing sources, showing at a glance where the pricing is the same, and (more interestingly) where it is different. Use the Filter Bar devices to narrow the shortlist of bonds. Use the vertical slider to see all the filter devices available. Change the colouring of the dots by selecting different categories using the Colour by drop down upper right. The key to the colours also appears in any devices shown on the Filter Bar at left.

As you narrow your shortlist, keep an eye on the discrepant prices. To see the details for the bonds with the most discrepant prices, grab the outlier dots with the mouse. The other dots will disappear. Now click on Details and use Next > and < Previous to review the characteristics of each outlier bond you selected. Click X to close the Details window. Click Reset to reset all filters and view all 2,066 watchlisted bonds again.
